The Saints closed their semifinal match with strong runs late in the final two games of a 25-15, 26-24, 26-24 win over Meadowbrook Academy on Tuesday night. According to the Ocala Star-Banner, Coach Lindsay Morris said “All season long the girls have been focused on districts and regionals,” said Coach Lindsay Morris. “They really worked for it. We had times tonight where we would have normally panicked, but they pushed through and gave just a tremendous effort." Since they won, the Saints earned their spot in next week's regional quarterfinals on Thursday night's final game against the number one team in their district, Gainesville Oak Hall at 7 pm at Meadowbrook Academy.
